HOW LONG DOES DERMAPLANING TAKE?
What to expect
One of the reasons for its popularity is that Dermaplaning is an extremely quick procedure taking around 30 minutes to complete the entire face. You can expect to be out of the clinic in less than an hour to complete the entire treatment, this includes consultation, preparation, treatment, and any aftercare information.
IS DERMAPLANING SAFE?
When performed by an experienced aesthetic professional, Dermaplaning is exceptionally safe, with little to no side effects. This is an extremely popular facial that is performed regularly at our clinic in Epping.

DOES DERMAPLANING HURT?
Although using a fine blade to remove the top layer of skin may sound like a dangerous and painful procedure, this is far from the case. The extremely fine razor only tackles dead skin cells and surface layer hairs, scrubbing clean any unwanted skin holding you back from a refreshed and revitalised look.

IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
You will be pleased to know that there are no major side effects from Dermaplaning facials. For those with sensitive skin, you may experience some redness of the face; however, this often reduces within 24 hours following your treatment.
HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?
Dermaplaning facials are a much more powerful form of exfoliation than traditional facials and home remedies. Our clients often see results quickly, enjoying a more radiant and rejuvenated look as soon as they leave the clinic.
Most clients experience their best results after around three to six treatments; however, the key to maintaining results is regular Dermaplaning treatments
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS LAST?
A general rule of thumb for Dermaplaning is that the procedure can remove 21 days’ worth of dead skin cells, and often, results last anywhere from four to six weeks before another treatment is needed.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
To have this treatment it costs £25.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME WITH THIS TREATMENT?
You will be pleased to know that there is no downtime for this facial. You can return to regular activities as soon as you leave the clinic following your treatment.
